2019 Will Be the Year to Have Port Adelaide Power Tickets

2018 was a season full of near misses for the Power and those avid fans who owned Port Adelaide Power tickets. Next year has the promise of even more excitement at the Football Park in West Lakes. Port Adelaide narrowly missed the AFL playoff ladder, but new faces and three first-round draft selections may provide the perfect formula to change all that in 2019.

Grand Finals  in 2018

2018 saw the Power open with three strong victories, thrilling wins if you had Port Adelaide Power tickets. They dropped the fourth match on the 2018 fixture to another up-and-coming AFL team, Essendon.

If you were lucky enough to own Port Adelaide Power tickets for last season, you saw an exciting return to winning ways over the Roos of North Melbourne. Round four on the fixture saw eventual Grand Final champion West Coast venture the Football Park and handily defeat the Power.

The Power would win another thriller on the road, a five point win against their arch-rivals the Adelaide Crows. If you had good seats for Power matches, you would have watched one of the most exhilarating AFL matches of 2018.

During round eleven of the 2018 fixture, the Hawthorn Hawks and Port Adelaide left it all on the turf in a three-point thriller won by Hawthorn. The Power would take to the road four of the next five matches, winning all five. If you had your Port Adelaide Power tickets, you saw the fourth win in that streak, a 21-point thrashing of Carlton.

A heartbreaking round 20 loss, again by only three-points to Hawthorn seemed to sap the Power’s motivation. They would fall short on the scoreboard the last three rounds as well, once by just four-points to the Grand Final champion Eagles. On the final ladder, the Power ended up tied with four other AFL teams, just four-points out of the playoff round.

Port Adelaide Power Tickets May Earn You a Seat for a 2019 Grand Finals Match

There will be new faces on the field to cheer for in 2019. Gone from the list will be Will Snelling, Jake Snead and Dom Barry. Each of these players gave their all in front of those fans that had seats with their 2018 Port Adelaide Power tickets. There will be new players in place to raise the level of intensity.

Sam Mayes will return to his home state of South Australia. The former Brisbane Lion is ecstatic about being able to play at home in front of his home state fans with Port Adelaide Power tickets. Another player for you to watch in 2019, if you secure your Port Adelaide Power tickets earlier, will be rookie Dan Houston.

Houston is a fast and agile forward, primed to add another level of intensity for fans with Port Adelaide Power tickets. Scott Lycett will add some champion flavor to the Power roster, coming over from the champion Eagles list. If you have your 2019 Port Adelaide Power tickets, you’ll also be able to get a close-up look at three new faces from the 2019 AFL draft.

Last year was an encouraging season for the Power, albeit just on the edge of earning one of the coveted Grand Final berths. With the new faces on the Port Adelaide roster, 2019 is full of promise. Australian Football League fans who love to follow the Power should secure your 2019 Port Adelaide Power tickets. The best seats will evaporate quickly.
